I’m a Research Data Scientist at Google, specializing in casual inference, large-scale experimentation, and metric development. I work in Ads Insight and Measurement, where I develop core multi-touch attribution models across Google and ensure our measures remain accurate by accounting for privacy constraints at scale, helping our users understand what really drives results.

On the academic side, I continue to collaborate on scholarly research with faculty from various institutions, primarily with Ryan Kennedy, and together, we also build the backend infrastructure responsible for AI-enabled data analysis and content generation for Second Raven.

I earned my PhD in Political Science with focus fields in Methodology (Applied Statistics), American Politics, and Political Psychology from The Ohio State University under the advisement of Tom Wood. My expertise is in quantitative research, with a particual focus on survey and experimetnal methods. I’m an R enthusiast. Python only when forced (which is, to my dismay, every day).

In my spare time, I like to write high fantasy fiction novels, read manga, watch anime, go to the gym, play with my Bengal cat, and find cute bakeries. I play RPGs and MMOs when I can, but the usual life grind has been getting in the way most days, so my Steam backlog has been growing more menacing lately. I will never quit on my FF14 character though. My newest fixation is of the undead persuasion—read: Astarion Ancunin.
